  1. July 2026 - Present

    Tech Area Architect

    ANZ Bank

    • Tech Area Architect for the SCFE Single Customer Front End CRM domain.
    • Responsible for CRM domain architecture, Salesforce platform governance and integration direction across customer-facing front-end banking capabilities.
    • Partnering with product, engineering and architecture teams to keep delivery aligned with enterprise standards, security expectations and long-term platform strategy.

    Principal Technical Architect

    Department of Education - VRQA - Victorian Home Schooling

    • Responsible for the architecture of the Digital Home Schooling portal for VRQA.
    • Shaped the Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, security model and delivery approach for a service designed to support Victorian students, families and education teams.
    • Guided technical decisions for a launch-ready portal aligned with Department of Education standards and public sector governance expectations.

    • Led DET's first Salesforce platform development across kindergarten management, student journey, Covid-19 initiatives and government/provider orgs.
